A Little About Avery's Walk With Jesus:
I’ve always had a walk with Jesus, but growing up it felt more like a chore than something I wanted to do. Not until recently in the past two years have I really had the drive to learn more about Jesus. Through relationships I’ve built with friends and even my boyfriend, now I've got more of a WANT TO LEARN and study
as much of the Bible as I can.
Fun Fact About Avery
When I was 5 years old, I had to undergo heart surgery to repair two holes in my heart.
What Avery Loves About ROOTS
My favorite thing about being at Roots Student Ministry is the amazing atmosphere. Being around other Christian teens my age is the best part and I’ve built friendships that encourage and hold each other accountable. Through Rooted events, I’ve grown closer to God and found a community that truly supports me in my faith.
